Job Description
As a Learning Solutioning Manager / Senior Manager at Sarder Inc., you will play a crucial role in designing end-to-end, technology-enabled learning solutions for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive learning needs analysis, designing integrated learning journeys, architecting structured learning roadmaps, integrating digital learning platforms and AI tools, developing clear value propositions, supporting proposal development, and ensuring delivery handoffs post-sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive learning needs analysis by engaging stakeholders, mapping learner personas, and identifying organizational requirements
- Design integrated, multi-stage learning journeys combining instructor-led training, e-learning, certifications, adoption services, and thought-leadership content
- Architect structured learning roadmaps that drive sustained skill development and behavior change
- Integrate digital learning platforms and AI tools, including LMS/LXP systems, to enhance learning effectiveness and scalability
- Partner closely with sales teams to support solution design, pipeline discussions, and opportunity strategy
- Develop clear value propositions and ROI metrics to quantify the business impact of learning solutions
- Support proposal development and help convert solution pitches into successful wins
- Coordinate delivery handoffs to ensure solution intent, quality, and outcomes are preserved post-sale
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in enterprise learning solution design and consultative solutioning
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and LMS/LXP platforms
- Exposure to digital learning platforms, AI-enabled learning tools, and enterprise certification ecosystems
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, scalable learning roadmaps
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis, solution modeling, and executive presentations
- Proven experience in revenue-aligned, client-facing roles
- 8+ years of experience in L&D, solution consulting, or enterprise training sales
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience working with enterprise clients and complex, multi-stakeholder learning engagements
