Job Description
As a Training Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the professional development of our clinical and non-clinical staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding Training:
- Designing and implementing onboarding programs for new employees, covering clinic operations, IVF workflows, protocols, SOPs, and internal systems.
- Providing orientation to ensure new joiners are trained and certified before independent role execution.
- Clinical Training:
- Coordinating and facilitating hands-on clinical training for doctors, embryologists, nurses, and RMOs.
- Organizing training programs on IVF procedures, egg retrieval (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), and related clinical processes.
- Working with senior clinicians and lab leadership to standardize clinical training practices.
- Soft Skills Training:
- Developing and delivering soft skills programs focusing on communication, empathy, patient counseling, and service excellence.
- Training front-office, nursing, and clinical teams on patient interaction and emotional sensitivity in fertility care.
- Reinforcing a patient-first culture across all centers.
- Compliance & Safety Training:
- Ensuring regular training on healthcare regulations, ART Act guidelines, NABH standards, and internal compliance policies.
- Conducting patient safety, infection control, and risk management training programs.
- Maintaining accurate records of mandatory compliance training and certifications.
- Continuous Medical Education (CME):
- Planning and coordinating continuous medical education initiatives such as workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Facilitating knowledge updates on the latest fertility treatments, research, technologies, and best practices.
- Supporting clinician participation in external academic programs and conferences.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, audits, and performance indicators.
- Prepare regular training reports for management highlighting coverage, gaps, and outcomes.
- Continuously improve training programs based on clinical outcomes and patient experience data.
Your skills and competencies should include:
- Strong understanding of IVF clinic operations and healthcare training requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clinical leaders and multi-location teams.
- Knowledge of compliance, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
