Lead UI/UX Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at our company, your role will involve conducting user research, interviews, and usability studies to gain insights into user behavior and pain points. Qualifications required for this position include having 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web applications, mobile app design, and data dashboards. A solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and accessibility principles is essential. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms is necessary. Experience in creating responsive design systems, mobile-first UIs, and component-based design libraries will be beneficial. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is preferred for effective communication with developers, although coding skills are not mandatory.
