Role Overview:
As a Principal Product Manager at Stellantis, you will be leading the evolution of B2B fleet digital experiences. Your strategic role involves defining and delivering end-to-end experiences for customers, dealers, fleet operators, and vehicles. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and regional business teams to create world-class, scalable experiences that enhance vehicle onboarding, operations, diagnostics, and lifecycle management for enterprise fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a compelling multi-year product strategy and annual roadmaps for fleet management tools and driver-facing applications.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to prioritize features effectively.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt solutions for local market needs and ensure compliance and partner integrations.
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences.
- Write clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and define success metrics.
- Drive cross-functional team alignment around OKRs, roadmaps, and product vision.
- Develop partnerships with engineering, UX, marketing, and commercial teams to drive initiatives to execution.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in B2B and/or platform products.
- Experience in automotive, EVs, logistics, or mobility ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of connected vehicle platforms, telematics, APIs, and mobile, web, and embedded architectures.
- Ability to define, deliver, and measure exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Strong grasp of software architecture and connected services, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to translate company-level objectives into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
