Job Description
As a Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise, your role at Blend will involve owning technical solutions and being well-versed with CDH and NBAD framework. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, elaborating, and implementing business processes, strategies, rules, and Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive).
Understanding and utilizing CIC using CPD.
Managing operations, deployment, and the Action & Offer Management life cycle.
Leading class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data model to extend Pega framework(s).
Collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure the delivery of solutions within the structured time frame.
Creating new treatment groups, classes, properties, data elements within Pega.
Evaluating the impact of change requests to existing logic and updating the design document as necessary.
Building/updating Decisioning components such as decision tables, scorecards, filters, strategies, switches, and rankings.
Working with the LSA to perform deployment and code-merge activities.
Updating Decisioning strategies and design.
Your qualifications should include a BE (or) M Tech in Information Science/Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 4 years in Pega CDH. Candidates who are already serving their notice period are preferred.
