Job Description
As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading annual and quarterly campaign planning across programs.
- Identifying target segments, demand drivers, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Delivering qualified lead generation targets for programs.
- Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, search, social, content, and partnerships.
- Optimizing marketing funnels and collaborating closely with admissions teams to improve lead conversion rates.
You will also be leading the execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, CRM, website conversion optimization, data analytics, and marketing dashboards. Your role will involve continuously optimizing campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost.
In addition, you will establish robust marketing analytics and reporting frameworks, monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI metrics, and identify and implement AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign performance and productivity.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the organization's brand identity and positioning in the education and skilling ecosystem, driving thought leadership positioning, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, product marketing, and partner communication, and developing and executing the organization's PR and media strategy through agencies.
Qualifications and Personal Profile:
- B.E./ B. Tech, MBA from top institutions
- 1218 years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles
- Solid background in digital-first marketing environments
- Prior experience in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet businesses preferred
Other Skill and Ability Requirements:
- Managing people: Leading marketing and analytics team - managers and senior managers
