Lead Machine Learning Engineer (Natural Language Processing)

Role Overview: As a Senior AI(NLP) Engineer at our Gurgaon-based company, you will play a crucial role in improving and developing new technologies. Your main focus will be on projects related to assessment grading, new age cheating prevention, and other areas within online assessments. If you are a seasoned AI(NLP) expert with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, we would be excited to have you on board. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze existing NLP models to identify solutions to problems. - Modify and fine-tune state-of-the-art pre-trained generic NLP models for specific tasks. - Develop new model architectures or modify existing ones, training them from scratch. - Test and refine models and systems based on real-world data and feedback. - Evaluate project requirements, plan project roadmaps, and manage project timelines. - Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders. - Collaborate to integrate AI systems into broader product architecture. - Stay updated on emerging NLP and AI technologies through research. - Automate data preprocessing and annotation processes to improve workflow efficiency. - Maintain detailed documentation for algorithms, implementations, and evaluations. - Mentor junior engineers and provide strategic guidance on project development. Qualification Required: - BTech/MS/MTech/PhD in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning/Natural Language Processing or equivalent. - Previous experience working in an academic or professional setting in the field of AI/NLP.
