Lead Development Operations Engineer

As a Lead DevOps Engineer at our Technology Consulting team in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to work on our flagship Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Intelligence platform, ClaRITA. Your role will involve leveraging modern cloud-native technologies and automation frameworks to contribute to the success of the platform. You will be part of a team of 8 engineers reporting to the Director of Technical Consulting. If you have expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform), container orchestration, and advanced DevOps practices, we are excited to speak with you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines and infrastructure as code for multiple product environments. - Lead cloud infrastructure design and cost optimization initiatives across AWS services. - Ensure high availability and performance of production systems through proactive monitoring and incident response. - Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to streamline deployments and improve delivery velocity. - Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools and practices to continuously improve operational efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong initiative, technical leadership, and problem-solving ability with a sense of ownership for mission-critical systems. - 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles. - Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred). - Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar). - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. **Additional Details:** You will have the opportunity to work on ClaRITA, a cutting-edge Regulatory Intelligence platform deployed in a secure, scalable cloud environment.
