Lead Designer

Being open and flexible to ideas from all sources is crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and lead design engagement with UX Strategy, Conceptualization, User Journeys, Information Architecture, Prototyping & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions - Drive conversations with stakeholders to ensure alignment - Identify opportunities to create business value and enhance user experience through user research - Develop user profiles, conduct task analysis, create user scenarios, and navigate through ambiguity - Lead the development of personas/segmentations and integrate them with related deliverables - Facilitate user scenario planning sessions and design thinking workshops - Estimate, plan, and lead tracks of creative work/projects, ensuring quality solutions are delivered - Collaborate closely with the engineering team to implement designs meeting Moonrafts quality standards - Lead participatory design/user testing sessions, present findings & recommendations, and manage client meetings - Inspire, mentor, and support the design team members **Qualifications and Experience:** - Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline - Online portfolio showing relevant experience - Experience with rapid prototyping and front-end development - Minimum 5 years of industry experience - Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams Moonraft is dedicated to advancing the human experience through design-driven innovation.
