Role Overview:
You are a Capital Markets Lead at StrideOne, responsible for driving institutional fund raising, funding strategy, and structured capital programs. Your role involves developing and managing relationships with various financial institutions while leading the structuring and execution of capital market transactions. This position plays a crucial role in building diversified, scalable funding programs to support StrideOne's lending growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead institutional fundraising across banks, NBFCs, DFIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and alternative credit investors.
- Structure and execute funding transactions such as term loans, working capital facilities, NCDs, securitization, direct assignment, and co-lending structures.
- Support diversification of funding sources to optimize the cost of borrowing and capital efficiency.
- Support treasury planning by conducting cash flow forecasting, funding requirement analysis, and tracking the cost of funds.
- Monitor Asset Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet funding mix while staying updated on market trends and funding opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, institutional investors, and capital market participants.
- Coordinate lender approvals, documentation, covenants, and drawdowns.
- Engage with rating agencies, regulators, auditors, and legal advisors during the funding processes.
- Lead end-to-end execution of funding transactions including financial modeling, lender presentations, term sheet negotiation, and transaction closure.
- Coordinate closely with credit, risk, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
- Support the development of securitization platforms, co-lending partnerships, and institutional funding programs.
- Collaborate with leadership on investor relations and strategic funding partnerships.
Qualifications Required:
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA
- Strong academic background in finance, accounting, & capital markets
Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in Capital markets, treasury, corporate banking, or structured finance.
- Preferred experience in NBFCs, banks, housing finance companies, or fintech lending platforms.
- Experience in securitization, direct assignment, NCDs, co-lending, and institutional funding transactions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and knowledge of RBI regulations and lending frameworks. Role Overview:
