Landscape Architect

Role Overview: You are hired as a Landscape Architect at nCircle Tech Private Limited with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop landscape projects across various types of developments using Revit software. Key Responsibilities: - Develop landscape designs at different stages using Revit - Create 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, and grading plans - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and planners - Generate BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings - Implement sustainable design practices and ensure compliance with local regulations - Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and support site coordination - Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design - Proficiency in Revit - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong understanding of hardscape & softscape design, planting design, levels, grading, drainage concepts, and ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings - Good communication and coordination skills with attention to detail and design quality Additional Company Details: nCircle Tech Private Limited, established in 2012, specializes in creating impactful 3D visualization software for desktop, mobile, and cloud.
