Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Relationship Officer in Retail at Coimbatore, you will be responsible for providing housing finance solutions to a diverse range of customer segments. The business is predominantly retail-driven, characterized by a high volume of loan transactions and customer relationships. Your performance will impact the business through people, process efficiencies, and organizational effectiveness. Understanding and addressing the needs of different customer segments will be crucial for achieving sales targets and ensuring portfolio health. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets through direct channels as per agreements with Sales Manager and AH (Sales) - Execute sales operations to achieve assigned targets considering local factors and competitor presence - Liaise with client stakeholders for relationship origination and maintenance, focusing on key clients and prospects - Upgrade financial and operational knowledge on market trends, negotiation, and relationship building - Check credit quality through effective portfolio selection and work with Risk team to minimize NPAs - Ensure compliant sales operations at all times despite market pressures and cycles - Work with Sales Manager to plan sales operations, adapt sales efforts based on local market trends - Interact with ground-level client stakeholders for customer acquisition and engagement - Execute operations efficiently across the Customer Lifecycle (Sourcing, Approval, Servicing, Collections) - Attend relevant trainings and seminars for self-development and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations Qualifications Required: - Critical skill sets include commercial acumen, communication, product-market awareness, and execution skills - Education required is a graduate with 0-2 years of sales experience in Banking/NBFC space Additional Details: The job involves working in the retail sector of the Indian Housing Finance market, which has shown steady growth despite challenges.
