As a Key Accounts Executive / Manager Food & Feed at Intercorp Biotech, your role will involve driving sales by acquiring and managing Key Accounts, such as Manufacturers of Edible Oil, Milk, Fortified Rice, Fortified Flour, Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, and Aquaculture Feed. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders is vital to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage Key Accounts in the Food & Feed industry
- Drive sales with a focus on various food manufacturers and feed producers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Exceed customer expectations through effective communication and negotiation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, specifically selling ingredients to food manufacturers and feed producers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Pharmaceuticals, BBA/MBA marketing, or related field
