CNLABS is seeking smart, energetic interns to join the Business Development team. As an intern at CNLABS, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks related to marketing, website management, business development, and technical solutions. Below are the details of your responsibilities, qualifications, and the path to a full-time position:
**Responsibilities:**
- **Marketing & Website Management (Day-to-Day):**
- *Web Updates:* You will be responsible for managing the CNLabs website, including posting new blogs, updating event pages, and fixing layout issues. Proficiency in WordPress or basic HTML/CSS is essential.
- *Content Creation:* Create professional social media posts on LinkedIn and design brochures using tools like Canva.
- *Visibility:* Assist in improving the online visibility of CNLabs through basic SEO techniques.
- **Business Development:**
- *Market Research:* Identify global companies in need of testing for products such as Routers, IoT devices, or Cloud security.
- *Outreach:* Draft and send emails to introduce CNLabs to potential customers.
- *Lead Tracking:* Maintain an organized CRM database and schedule meetings for the senior team.
- **The Presales Path - Stretch Goal:**
- While working on Business Development and Marketing, you will gain exposure to the technical aspects of the business.
- Participate in client calls to understand and explain technical solutions.
- The goal is to be prepared to assist with proposals and technical demos upon becoming a full-time employee.
**Qualifications:**
- *Education:* Recent graduate or final year student (B.Tech, or MBA). A technical background or a strong interest in technology is preferred.
- *Web Skills:* Proficiency in technology, including website editing, AI tools usage, or slide deck design.
- *Communication:* Excellent written English skills to create professional and engaging emails.
- *Attitude:* Demonstrate a hunger for learning and proactiveness. Take initiative to fix issues without waiting for instructions.
**The Path to Full-Time:**
- *Months 1-3:* Gain industry exposure and handle website management and outreach tasks.
- *Month 4:* Manage your own lead generation campaigns.
- *End of Internship:* Performance review leading to a full-time job offer.
