Job Description

As a Junior HR Executive in the Talent & Culture team at our growing media-agnostic brand solutions agency in Andheri East, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, cultural initiatives, employer branding, and ensuring smooth internal operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals early in their career with internship or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing setup, creative agency, or similar high-energy creative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and closing offers for creative, digital, and support roles. - Run cultural and engagement programs to plan team events, internal campaigns, recognition initiatives, and activities that maintain a high vibe in a creative setting. - Build and execute employer branding strategies by creating content for career pages, social media posts, and stories to attract strong creative and digital talent. - Handle internal operations such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating with finance, managing office logistics, and supporting compliance basics. - Assist in performance tracking and feedback loops for a small-to-mid size team. **Qualifications:** - 02 years of relevant experience, including a strong internship in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similar environment. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong comprehension and attention to detail. - Genuine interest in talent acquisition, culture-building, and employer branding. - Comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment. - Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter basics, Google Workspace/MS Office. **Preferred Skills:** - Proactive ownership over tasks. - Ability to switch between sourcing talent and organizing team outings. - No-nonsense approach to getting things done. - Interest in how people drive creative and business outcomes.
