As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of our design team, working closely with senior designers and the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics that support our brand identity and marketing objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Design Creation:** Develop graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials. - **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms. - **Collaboration:** Work in collaboration with senior designers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs. - **Asset Management:** Maintain a library of design assets, including templates, icons, and images for easy access. - **Feedback & Revisions:** Accept feedback positively and make necessary revisions to designs to meet project expectations. - **Trend Awareness:** Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to the team. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or relevant certification). - 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
