Junior Developer - Fresher

As an AI-First Developer (Vibe Coder), you will collaborate with AI to build software efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve interpreting requirement documents, prompting AI tools to generate code, refining and correcting AI-generated code, and delivering functional software fast. You will primarily work on building mobile applications, backend services, and admin consoles using AI tools to generate code and integrations. Your focus will be on system thinking and execution rather than traditional coding purity. Key Responsibilities: - Read and understand demand notes / requirement documents - Translate requirements into application scope, user flows, and admin workflows - Use AI tools to generate frontend, backend, and data models, as well as APIs and integrations - Refine and correct AI-generated output to meet required functionality - Build mobile applications, admin consoles, and backend services - Ensure end-to-end functionality of the application - Document prompts used, AI outputs, and corrections made - Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Tech teams - Deliver assigned modules within timelines What We Are Looking For (Core Expectations): - Thought process and ability to understand requirements - Prompt engineering quality and ability to correct AI mistakes - Execution speed, agility, and functional completeness of output - Comfort with letting AI write code, questioning AI output, fixing broken logic, and iterating rapidly Required Skills & Mindset: - Basic understanding of frontend & backend concepts, APIs, data flow, databases, schemas, authentication, and workflows - Exposure to or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools - Ability to read documentation carefully, convert requirements into working systems, debug and refine existing code, and exhibit a strong ownership and execution mindset Who Should Apply: - Recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, AI / ML, or related disciplines with project work, hackathon experience, GitHub repositories, or prototype-based learning - Candidates excited about AI-augmented software development Who Should NOT Apply: - Undergrads or pursuing graduation - Candidates who prefer writing all code manually or uncomfortable using AI tools - Pure DSA / competitive programming focused profiles, UI-only / analytics-only profiles, or candidates looking for remote or hybrid roles Assessment Process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an AI-First Development Assessment, where they must read a demand note, define their scope of work, build a functional mobile app + admin console + backend, and ensure at least 60% of the code is AI-generated.
