Java Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to technical challenges. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards will be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior developers, develop and maintain unit tests, and contribute to technical documentation and user manuals. Your strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases will be essential in this role. Good communication skills are required to collaborate and deliver in a globally distributed team. You will also be expected to explore, recommend, and use relevant third-party technologies to solve business problems. Experience in Agile, Continuous Delivery, and Test-Driven Development methodologies is necessary. Leading and mentoring junior team members, representing the team in internal technical forums, and owning the end-to-end delivery process are part of the responsibilities. You should be proficient in Java technology and have development skills in Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, Angular, and SQL. REST API knowledge, experience in DevOps and Agile sprints, Web Services REST/SOAP, cloud platforms, Maven Release control, and SQL/NoSQL are all required skills. Experience in AngularJS and Microservices is an added advantage. Exposure in the Cloud environment, design patterns, build tools/deployment, Version Control System, and strong knowledge in Object-Oriented JavaScript are also necessary. Design patterns experience is preferred as well.
