Job Description
As an IVR Developer with API Development & Cloud at FIS, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing IVR applications for Financial Institutions and Banks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Managing project initiation activities such as identifying contractual obligations, client needs, goals, and existing situations
- Ensuring that internal technology project requirements align with operational standards and developing alternate requirements when necessary
- Defining and executing project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborating with various teams including product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, and service delivery
You should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- 5-10 years of technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms such as Microsoft Co-pilot, Nuance NDF/Mix, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco
- Proficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, NodeJS, or C++ for IVR scripting and customization
- Experience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development
- Solid understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, along with their AI/ML services
- Proficiency in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM)
- Exposure to RPA tools, CRM systems, and customer service applications
- Ability to integrate AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services
