Job Description
As an Incident Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
Taking charge of High priority Incidents resolution coordination within SI Cardif and other BNP entities, respecting the SLAs and Olas agreed. Coordinating lower priority incidents on escalation.
Challenging and adjusting impact analysis.
Facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Coordinating the resolution process.
Providing timely reporting on incident management activities.
Managing Major incidents &/or crisis situations effectively.
Your technical skills should include proficiency in:
IT Production, including linux, windows, Cloud, Database, network architecture, DNS, DHCP MPLS, VPN, firewall.
In addition to technical expertise, you are expected to have the following transversal skills:
Strong knowledge of ITIL Major Incident Management.
Understanding of Change Management & Problem management processes and how they can be related is a plus. As an Incident Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
