ITAM Specialist (Content Audit)

As an ITAM Specialist (Content Audit) at ServiceNow, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality audit of a high volume of content data created by the team. You will play a crucial role in normalizing assets data for effective IT Asset Management (ITAM) through the comprehensive library of EAM, SAM, and HAM models in our product related to different manufacturers/publishers, as well as normalization rules. Your tasks will involve auditing various entities of Asset Management, including Software assets, Hardware assets, and EAM for different industry segments to build and maintain the Content Library. Additionally, you will be required to participate in content auditing activities of different complexities, interpret licensing/contract terms and conditions, and manage IT Products' SKU information and multiple catalogues. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in various types of content auditing activities with different levels of complexity - Interpret licensing/contract terms and conditions to ensure quality content library - Understand the ServiceNow ITAM product features and workflows for auditing ITAM Content - Manage IT Products' SKU information and multiple catalogues - Review and audit high volume of ITAM Content Data regularly - Impart knowledge and improve the efficiency and quality of the content - Transform network discovery data into actionable information for license management - Create various content entities as required Qualifications: - 2 - 6 years of experience in any corporate setting with experience in IT Asset Management - Hands-on experience in internal and external audits or implementation of EAM software - Extensive experience in manual software testing/data testing with quality assurance responsibilities - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and innovative approach to solutions - Working knowledge of EAM Tools and SAM/HAM tools is a big plus - Knowledge of licensing metrics of top software publishers and engagement/contract types is preferred - Bachelor's or Masters or Postgraduate degree in any stream with good academic record ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, fostering flexibility and trust in a distributed work environment.
