IT User Experience Expert

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital experiences align with the global brand strategy and design governance process. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate UI/UX design, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Global Marketing/Branding team to create compliant and approved designs. Your responsibilities will include: - Practicing an iterative, user-centered design approach to deliver high-quality outputs throughout the UX design lifecycle. - Actively participating in UX testing, analyzing results, and refining designs based on insights. - Staying updated with UX trends, usability standards, and emerging design practices. - Identifying and troubleshooting UX/UI issues, including responsiveness and accessibility challenges. - Showcasing proficiency in UX collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, or similar. - Demonstrating experience in designing for mobile (Android and iOS) and responsive web platforms. - Presenting a portfolio that highlights your understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, and overall usability focus. Additionally, working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required for this role. Experience in animation, video editing, or storyboarding would be considered an added advantage.
