Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have prior technical support experience or a proven track record in system administration. Your experience should include working with Active Directory Management, such as handling users/groups, schema knowledge, LDAP, Group Policies, and Enterprise Administration. Additionally, previous customer support or customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential. Your strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, WMI, ASP, DCOM, as well as configuring and maintaining Internet Information Server (IIS) will be crucial for this position. Technical writing skills are also required for effective communication. In this role, you will collaborate with global support team members and contribute to the Support Portal using Knowledge-Centered Methodology (KCS) to ensure high-quality service delivery for internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, and exposure to Cloud Technologies like Federated SSO, Google Apps, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure are highly valued. While exposure to Linux and Unix systems is advantageous, it is not mandatory. You should be flexible to work varied hours to meet the demands of the role.
