IT Project Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing IT / Digital projects related to Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Marketing. Your role will involve coordinating with developers, designers, SEO, SMO, and PPC teams to ensure project delivery within the specified time, scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Manage web, mobile app, and digital marketing projects effectively. - Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate necessary resources. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. - Handle client calls, provide project updates, and gather requirements efficiently. - Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables closely. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp for effective project tracking. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in IT or Digital Project Coordination. - Proficiency in Web Development technologies including PHP, CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, and Google Ads workflows. - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Note: Experience in an IT / Web Development / Digital Marketing company would be considered a plus.
