Job Description
You will be responsible for providing proactive and customer-focused IT support to clients, both remotely and on-site. Your role will involve troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and applications, and making frequent client visits. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this field-intensive role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and business applications
- Provide technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Perform regular client visits for issue resolution, system maintenance, and support
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for escalations
- Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, data security, and compliance standards
- Assist in IT infrastructure setup at client locations
- Train end users on system usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer
- Travel across PAN India for client servicing and project support
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common business applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, email configuration, and computer hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer
- Ability to troubleshoot real-time client issues independently
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling ability
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and client requests
- Customer-first attitude with a professional approach
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-oriented environment
