IT Applications Developer

As an experienced ESRE Apps Engineer, your role will involve troubleshooting, monitoring, and providing production support for enterprise applications. Your expertise in log analysis (OpenSearch), APM tools (AppDynamics), UI debugging, and issue triaging will be crucial. Additionally, having experience in front-end UI/UX development and a good understanding of backend services will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize log analysis tools (OpenSearch) and APM tools (AppDynamics) for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Use developer tools and browser plug-ins to effectively troubleshoot UI-related issues. - Analyze functional and technical KPIs, and create visualizations and dashboards for performance monitoring. - Handle full-cycle production support, including issue triage, incident management, and problem resolution. - Lead a technical team in resolving critical production issues and ensuring system stability. - Organize and efficiently track multiple issues to ensure timely resolution. - Replicate, test, and debug reported issues using advanced problem-solving skills. - Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX front-end software development. - 2+ years of hands-on production support experience, including monitoring and troubleshooting. - 1+ year of experience with UI frameworks/libraries like Vue.js, Angular, or React. - Good understanding of Node.js API development. - Familiarity with Java/J2EE and e-commerce web applications is preferred. - Experience working with multi-tier web architecture and UI design. - Strong knowledge of REST API utilization or design. - Proficiency in version control systems (Git/SVN). - Understanding of web best practices (browser capabilities, unit/integration testing). - Hands-on experience in setting up monitoring & alerting tools. - Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Good to Have: - Experience in backend development with Java or Node.js. - Exposure to containerization and cloud technologies. - Experience in automating monitoring and alerting solutions.
