Job Description
As a Cyber Fusion Center Analyst at ABB, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and incidents to maintain day-by-day situational awareness of the threat landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling a detailed situational awareness report of threats for ABB based on data and incidents.
- Ensuring that incident response functions have the necessary procedures and technology to effectively respond to strategic threats.
- Managing coordinated and strategic incident responses based on the situational awareness gathered.
- Communicating the threat landscape and incident response strategies to senior IS stakeholders and other business leaders.
- Recommending improvements in security policies, configurations, automation, and hardening parameters in alignment with Corporate IS Information Security guidance.
- Developing and implementing Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) capabilities to meet business demands.
- Achieving CFC maturity and service objectives while identifying areas for improvement within the Detect and Respond service.
- Monitoring and managing the overall threat landscape for ABB through the Detect and Respond services.
- Collaborating with other CFC departments, Corporate IS Information Security, IS Consumer Excellence, IS Capabilities, IS Domains, Business IS, and 3rd Party IS Suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements and security design.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in IT services.
- Security Certification such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GCIH, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in Infosec Security with expertise in Threat & Risk.
- Experience in team handling.
