As a Process Associate, you will be expected to have a good understanding of computer usage including Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet navigation, emails, online application usage, and basic database concepts. Additionally, possessing good communication, written, and analytical skills is essential for this role. Your primary responsibility will involve checking various data contents such as Maintenance Log Entries, Tech Logs, Work Card Forms, Service Tags, Certificate of Release to Service, Engine Condition Trend Monitoring Data, Test Data Sheets, Regulatory Authority Issued Forms, Maintenance Manuals, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins. You will be tasked with processing the data for specific tasks related to various models and profiles of an aircraft including Airframe, Engines, Propellers, and APU. Your job will consist of several steps including the collection of data files from various sources, processing, application usage, monitoring, maintaining quality consciousness, and reporting. The data files should be accessed from online sources, local network shared drives, FTP sites, or assigned through email. In terms of processing, you will be responsible for data entry, data conversion, data analysis, and processing both online and offline following specific guidelines. This will involve working with online applications, regulatory websites, manufacturer websites, and various tools to enroll data, update data, upload/download files, create/edit tasks, and validate data. Monitoring and tracking the processed data files for work progress status, maintaining quality consciousness in data processing, and meeting requisite quality criteria are crucial aspects of this role. Reporting on the processed data files and work done in requisite reports/databases, both online and offline, is also a key part of the job. You will be required to report to the leader of the group handling the specific work. Overall, your role as a Process Associate will involve handling data processing tasks diligently, ensuring accuracy, and meeting defined standards throughout the process.
