As an operational risk professional at our organization, you will play a crucial role in assessing operational risks within the bank's operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting operational risk assessments, designing and executing audit plans, as well as reporting findings to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments of operational processes.
- Develop and execute audit plans.
- Perform testing procedures and document findings.
- Identify and assess operational risks.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Communicate findings to management and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business).
- 1-2 years of experience in internal audit or operational risk management.
- Understanding of operational risk management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
