Integration Engineer - Signaling Protocols

As an Integration Engineer specializing in Ericsson DSC & SC products, your role will involve translating customer requirements into detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for DSC in 4G networks and SC in 5G environments. You will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, conducting network impact analysis, and preparing design documents, reports, and topology diagrams aligned with Ericsson's product portfolio and customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading deployment, configuration, and integration of DSC and SC nodes into customer networks. - Building, integrating, and validating NFVi/VNF-based solutions to ensure environment readiness. - Executing Integration & Acceptance Testing Plans (ATP) and performing software upgrades with minimal disruption. - Working on ENM/OSS for provisioning, fault management, performance management, and analytics. - Conducting troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integration testing across 4G/5G signaling controllers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and acting as a subject matter expert for DSC and SC technologies. Your qualifications should include: - Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson DSC products (DRA, DEA, DA) and SC nodes (SCP, SEPP, BSF). - Deep understanding of telco signaling protocols such as Diameter, SS7, SCCP, SIP, TCP/IP, and HTTP. - Knowledge of IMS/VoLTE, EPC, 5G Core, and TLS/mTLS signaling flows. - Experience with NFVi/VNF deployments and proficiency in virtualization and cloud platforms like CEE, CNIS, VMware, Red Hat OpenShift, KVM, OpenStack, and Telco Cloud. Preferred skills include strong analytical thinking, experience with multi-vendor telecom ecosystems, ability to manage escalations, and excellent documentation and client-facing skills.
