Job Description

As an Insight or Analytics professional working with APAC Foods Insights & Marketing Team, your role will involve driving priorities, executing existing and building new scorecards, and delivering commercial insights across the Foods portfolio. You will leverage various data sources to proactively address critical business questions and collaborate with Sector partners to develop actionable insights for advancing the growth agenda. One of the key priorities for 2026 is driving automation and standardization through the adoption of the SMART platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing delivery of reporting/analysis activities within the Sector for MY, SG, PH, HK & ID Foods (all brands) - Monitoring key channel, customer, competitor, and emerging player performance and providing responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when required - Liaising and aligning with business partners to setup and execute ongoing business intelligence reporting, analytics, and newsletters - Driving adoption of the SMART platform to increase automation and reduction of manual reporting - Independently preparing quarterly reports and owning the responsibility of compiling and delivering scorecards every quarter - Independently delivering 360-degree analysis using all available data sources to drive BU growth and gains - Supporting processes/formatting for output adherence and delivery within agreed timelines - Monitoring and acting upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners You will also be involved in process management, data governance, supporting communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners, and helping Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term partnerships with external vendors to support business intelligence needs and improving existing processes based on end-user and Business Partner feedback loop. To qualify for this role, you should: - Have a minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Insight or Analytics professional in a leading consumer goods company or research agency - Hold a Masters/Graduate degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Management - Have experience with Syndicated research and extensive knowledge in RMS - Possess a high degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources - Demonstrate potential to develop leadership and influencing profile - Be a strong collaborator and have proven analytics, shopper research experience, consumer insights experience, or commercial experience - Be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in PowerBI or any visualization tool being a plus Your ability to synthesize multiple data sources into compelling growth strategies, collaborate effectively with others, and bring business performance insights to life visually will be key in this role. Your track record of championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making and your exceptional storytelling abilities will contribute to the success of PepsiCo's growth agenda.
