Job Description
As an Inside Sales Executive at iCert Global, your role will involve identifying and generating leads, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, reaching out to prospects through calls and emails, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing after-sales services, and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in Inside Sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Understanding of sales processes, with experience in selling certification training programs being a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift) and day shifts
- 0-4 years of experience in the education technology industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
