Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Capital Equipment)
Experience: 1-4 years of successful inside sales experience (preferably in industrial/capital equipment).
Location: Delhi, Faridabad, Palwal
About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations for capital equipment across multiple markets. The role involves close coordination with sales leaders, customers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of techno-commercial proposals and efficient order execution.Key
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze RFQs / enquiries and prepare detailed summaries for discussion with Sales Leads.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for:
- Evaporative Cooling Towers
- Fluid Coolers
- Evaporative Condensers
- Adiabatic & Dry Coolers
- Perform equipment selection using relevant software tools as per project specifications and senior guidance.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of enquiries, quotations, and orders using MIS systems.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Engineering, and Execution teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate externally with production plants and customer buyer offices for order execution and dispatch schedules.
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and provide regular updates to the Sales team.
- Ensure compliance with defined sales processes and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Prior experience in Inside Sales of capital equipment/products.
- Strong techno-commercial understanding.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with software selection tools and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Good understanding of relevant markets and customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
- 1-4 years of successful inside sales experience (preferably in industrial/capital equipment).
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development through workshops and training programs.
