Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive, your role will involve setting up meetings with new clients and generating opportunities in the loyalty marketing, sales promotions, contest, and sweepstakes domain for the assigned region. This B2B inside sales position requires you to achieve targets individually and meet the company's objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include research, prospecting, cold calling, regular interactions, and email marketing aimed at engaging with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads to secure business. You will be focusing on designing and delivering customized sales promotions, trade schemes, and loyalty program campaigns, necessitating a deep understanding of brands, marketing strategies, BTL/ATL promotions, and loyalty programs. Communication with potential clients, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and addressing customer queries will be part of your routine tasks to build and maintain a robust sales funnel while staying updated on service information and updates. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in inside sales. - Excellent communication and research skills. - Exposure to B2B corporate sales with a strong sales and marketing acumen, particularly engaging with marketing heads, chief marketing officers, and trade marketing teams. - Ability to develop strong relationships and networks within the industry or function. - Good contacts with brand and marketing managers, decision-makers in sectors like retail, telecom, consumer durables, FMCG, and banking will be advantageous. - Prior experience of working in a team is preferred.
