Infrastructure DevSecOps Engineer - Red Hat

As an Infrastructure DevSecOps Engineer at our company, your role will involve managing and maintaining IT Infrastructure across Cloud, Hybrid, and on-premise data centers to ensure successful client outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage IT infrastructure issues including incidents, change requests, availability, and performance. - Perform Security Patching, Hardening, and Vulnerability Remediation for OS, Middleware, and Databases. - Remediate identified vulnerabilities through infrastructure or collaboration with Product teams. - Install and deploy HCL Unica application patches or upgrades. - Monitor and resolve infrastructure to ensure ongoing system reliability. - Provide support for Resiliency, backup, and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and processes. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in successful DevSecOps processes in public or private cloud environments. - Mandatory proficiency in Red Hat Linux, with RHEL Certification. - Advantageous to have knowledge of RedHat OpenShift. - Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc. - Knowledge of databases, including key value, Relational, and NoSQL. - Experience working with Cloud Platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure. - Experience in deploying and managing web applications, web servers, and application server frameworks in VM and Cloud-based setups. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-cultural and geographically distributed team. - Familiarity with ITIL based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and related tools. - Experience in DevOps, Monitoring processes, and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear interactions with customers and business partners. - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
