Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and adapting forecasting tools to monitor inventory effectively, consolidating financial and operational KPI's through SharePoint. Additionally, you will design new LAN cabling, work on customer migrations, assist in employee record management, install and troubleshoot company wireless internet, and migrate Linux DNS servers into the Microsoft environment. You will also possess administrative access to install and troubleshoot software, utilize Kali Linux for vulnerability testing, install and configure secured environments, implement network services, maintain the ERP system, and develop a user-friendly company intranet through SharePoint. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and adapt forecasting tools for inventory monitoring and consolidate financial and operational KPI's using SharePoint. - Design new LAN cabling, including patch panels, UTP, switches, and routers. - Work on various customer migrations involving IIS, email, DNS, SQL, and other programs. - Assist in employee record collection, maintenance, biweekly payroll processing, and benefits submissions. - Install and troubleshoot company wireless internet. - Migrate Linux DNS servers to the Microsoft environment. - Possess administrative access for software installation and troubleshooting. - Utilize Kali Linux for vulnerability testing on internal and external infrastructure. - Install and configure secured environments, VPN Internet connectivity for virtualized server environments and clients. - Implement network services such as data backups/restores, security, wireless connectivity, VPN, and terminal servers. - Maintain the ERP system, including troubleshooting, relationship management, contract negotiation, and proposing new systems. - Develop a user-friendly company intranet through SharePoint to enhance collaboration and ensure effective communication across corporate channels. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with LAN cabling, server migrations, and ERP systems is preferred. - Strong knowledge of network services, security protocols, and software troubleshooting. - Proficiency in utilizing tools like Kali Linux for vulnerability testing and SharePoint for intranet development.
