Influencer Engagement and Creative Specialist

As a Social Media Copywriter & On-Camera Creator at Orchids The International School in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the social media and influencer marketing efforts. This position is tailored for individuals who are not just writers behind the scenes but are comfortable in front of the camera, capable of speaking, hosting, and representing the brand effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Write social-first copy for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Conceptualize and craft Reels and short-form video scripts, incorporating hooks, talking points, and CTAs. - Develop and oversee influencer marketing scripts for parent creators, educators, and regional influencers. - Collaborate closely with influencers by sharing briefs and scripts, ensuring clarity, tone, and brand alignment, and monitoring timelines and content delivery. - Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with creative and messaging standards. - Coordinate with the Social Media team on content calendars, campaign-led moments, and trend-based formats. - Stay updated on platform trends, creator formats, memes, and cultural moments. - Make on-camera appearances when necessary by recording reels, short videos, explainers, and walk-through content, as well as hosting or speaking in brand-led social content. - Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Qualifications & Experience: - 37 years of experience in social media writing, content creation, or influencer marketing. - Proven experience as a creator, ex-creator, or on-camera content professional. - Strong understanding of Indian social media audiences and creator ecosystems. - Proficiency in multilingual writing, particularly in Hindi and Hinglish, with knowledge of any other Indian language being advantageous. - Comfortable, confident, and presentable on camera. - Ability to juggle writing, coordination, and presentation tasks. - Experience in education, parenting, or consumer brands is beneficial.
