- **Cost Reduction**: Identifying cost-saving opportunities, such as reducing material waste, energy consumption, and labor costs through process improvements and automation.
- **Time Study**: Conducting time and motion studies to establish production standards and performance benchmarks.
- **Lean Manufacturing**: Implementing lean principles and techniques to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
- **Production Layout and Facility Design**: Planning and designing manufacturing facility layouts to optimize workflow, minimize material handling, and improve safety.
