Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain professional to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions.

• Forecast demand and coordinate production planning.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• 25 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as APICS, CSCP, or Six Sigma.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain software and data analytics tools.
