IC Manager Operations & Reporting

Role Overview: As the PMO, Operations and Reporting Manager at Flutter Entertainment, you will work closely with the PMO, Operations and Reporting Lead to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the internal control assurance plan. Your role involves coordinating with the Business and IT lead team within the ICA to drive year-end reporting on internal controls. You will act as the central point for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and communication to ensure that transformation projects meet their strategic objectives aligned with broader business goals. To excel in this role, you will need strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate the ICA testing plan. - Support the PMO, Ops and Reporting Lead in coordinating the internal control testing plan, reporting, and operational ways of working. - Establish project management governance and tracking over the plan with associated reporting. - Coordinate cross-functional aspects of delivery with the ICT team. - Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure alignment and integration of project activities. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. - Manage and report on dependencies between the ICA test plan and other projects impacting the control environment. - Manage the functional end user design of ICA test tooling and ensure alignment with ways of working. - Monitor data integrity within the test tooling system and initiate corrective actions where needed. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in internal controls, external audit, or complex project management in finance and IT. - Recognized project/program management qualification is an advantage. - Understanding of US regulatory environments such as SEC, SOX 404, COSO, and PCAOB requirements. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven track record of delivering through influence.
