Job Description
As a Sales Manager in Mumbai, your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to drive business in the Hotel & institutional sector for Commercial Kitchen Ventilation products, including Exhaust Canopy, Demand Control Ventilation, UV Technology, and Dry scrubbers. You should have a deep understanding of Sales to create effective plans from concept to execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting the Sales Target set by the Company on a yearly basis.
- Tracking and reporting all Sales activities.
- Forecasting Sales for the Territory on a Monthly/annual level.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiating, closing orders, and preparing quotes.
- Evaluating and approving design changes drawing prior to release to production.
- Providing regular Sales Force updates and Monthly progress reports to the Country Manager.
- Ensuring compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
Required Skills:
- Capital Goods selling experience from HVAC / Hospitality Industry.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to communicate with Top C-level executives.
- AutoCAD General Knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-15 years of experience in Product Sales.
- Minimum B.Tech mechanical qualification (HVAC background preferred).
In addition to the above, the company offers the benefit of working from home. The job type is Full-time, and the salary range is 1,200,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year. Experience in HVAC sales for at least 6 years is required. The work location is Remote.
