Job Description
As an HR Executive in a Chartered Accountant / Professional Services Firm located in Andheri, Mumbai, your role will involve managing various human resource functions. This includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, performance coordination, and HR administration. Your coordination, confidentiality, and people management skills will be crucial in this professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer release.
- Coordinate with partners/managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
- Maintain employee database, attendance, leave, and probation tracking.
- Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Manage Full & Final settlement process.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
- Handle payroll coordination with accounts team.
- Manage leave records, attendance monitoring, and HR MIS reports.
- Draft HR letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, etc.
- Assist in performance appraisal process and documentation.
- Coordinate employee feedback and grievance handling.
- Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR compliance as per labour laws and firm policies.
- Maintain statutory records (if applicable).
- Support audit / internal review related HR documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination ability.
- Confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software (preferred).
- Ability to work in deadline-driven professional environment.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month. The benefits include Provident Fund. Your work location will be in person.
