Job Description
As an HR Executive at Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Safety Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment, screening, and onboarding for multiple departments.
- Recruitment of Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Quality Managers, Sales Executives, Admin Staff, Operations Staff, and IT Staff.
- Managing joining formalities and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Handling attendance verification and coordinating with Admin, Operations, and Accounts departments.
- Supporting in salary processing, incentives, advances, increments, and leave management.
- Ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory HR requirements by coordinating with consultants and the accounts team.
- Assisting in implementing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and training sessions.
- Developing and maintaining checklists, reports, and monitoring documents on a need basis.
- Supporting management in HR data tracking, performance documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or executive-level HR roles.
- Experience in Healthcare, Service, or Occupational Health sectors is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
