Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting Human Resources processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, and policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Knowledge of Benefits Administration to assist employees effectively - Ability to manage and coordinate employee Training programs - Strong computer operation skills, including data management and document preparation - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in using common office software and tools like MS Office Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Human Resources (HR) processes - Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred As a Computer Operator, your role will involve proficiency in Computer Operations and Computer Literacy. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong skills in Typing and accuracy in data entry - Experience in Back Office Operations - Good Communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting is a plus Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in Computer Operations - Bachelor's degree or High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications Please note that only individuals from Karnataka can apply for this job.
