As a Human Resource - Recruiter, your role at the leading MNC will involve:
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboarding new employees for full integration.
- Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
- Negotiating and releasing offers to candidates.
- Maintaining a solid connect with the Joiner pipeline to minimize leakages and ensure a high onboard ratio.
- Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promoting the company's reputation as the best place to work.
For the Human Resources - Practitioner role, your responsibilities will include:
- Having fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point - must be able to handle data on trackers, formulas, adequate knowledge on how to use the tools.
- Possessing good communication skills (written and verbal) good in speaking English and must be able to frame sentences and draft letters/emails.
- Having good knowledge in HR processes.
- Being process and SLA focused.
- Being able to close issues related to the process.
- Being a smart and quick learner and adaptive to new skills and work.
- Having good analytical skills.
As a Human Resources - Sourcing & Category Representative, your responsibilities will involve:
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github).
- Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
- Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks.
- Promoting our employer brand online and offline.
- Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
- Maintaining candidate databases.
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
