Job Description
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to build a positive workplace culture and support organizational growth.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Schedule and conduct interviews, including HR rounds
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and onboarding process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage employee files, contracts, and HR MIS reports
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
- Promote a positive work culture and healthy employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Update HR policies in line with legal and organizational changes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
