Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full hiring cycle. This includes defining roles with managers, sourcing candidates from job boards and social media, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will play a key role in building the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define roles in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source candidates from job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications efficiently
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Make offers to successful candidates
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also contribute to the growth and success of the company by actively participating in employer branding initiatives and creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
