Job Title: HR Non-IT Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven HR Non-IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions for non-IT roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (BPO, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, etc.)

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Meet assigned hiring targets within deadlines

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

- Strong coordination and negotiation skills

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment

- Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
