Role Overview:
As an HR Operations Officer at IQ-EQ, your primary focus will be on people rather than paperwork. You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent HR services to the UK and Ireland cluster, ensuring that the needs of employees are met and contributing to the success of the business. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for HR queries, managing HR administration tasks, and providing support to both employees and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to HR queries through the centralised HR Inbox.
- Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and movements during the employment lifecycle.
- Manage visa administration and ensure accurate data input for payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
- Organise and update employee files, and report on HR metrics such as absence.
- Update HR database with relevant changes and support HR Business Partners with local HR solutions.
- Offer guidance to line managers and employees on employee lifecycle and policies.
- Deliver professional HR services to the UK and Ireland cluster, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications Required:
- Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, Legal, etc.
- 1 to 2 years of HR administration experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge of HR systems and the ability to work effectively within a team.
