Infovision HR Consulting Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as HR Officer / Recruitment Executive. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

• Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong interest in recruitment and HR activities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.
